Stage 1 :
Billet Aluminum Cap with Acetal Plastic Bushing by Bronc Buster. CNC machined from T6061 and reinforced with a hardened steel bushing for long service life. The design encapsulates the steering rack ball screw on the passenger side in a manner that not only eliminates the passenger rack housing failure but reduces stress on the electric motor by minimizing steering binding issues.
Stage 2 :
Full Billet Aluminum Steering Rack with Hoss 3.0 internals by 74Weld. This billet aluminum steering rack is a completely redesigned solution for those who want the security of knowing that this housing will not break. 74Weld has redesigned how the rack bar is stabilized in the housing, eliminating the common failure points on both sides of the rack. The factory rack bar is stabilized by 1.5 points of contact, the 74Weld billet housing stabilizes the rack in 4 points of contact and adds a massive amount of material to high stress housing areas making it the strongest steering rack available.
Air Intake
Enhance your 2021-2024 Ford Bronco's performance with the Roush Performance Air Induction System, compatible with various trim levels and both 2-door and 4-door chassis configurations. Drawing from our extensive off-road racing experience and advanced engineering expertise, we've developed an air induction system that expands the air filter's surface area without altering the engine compartment. Please note, this system is not compatible with the Everglades/Snorkel Intake from Ford.
This Air Induction System is constructed from robust injection-molded plastic, featuring an easy-to-clean texture that seamlessly matches the underhood panels for a factory-original appearance. Its innovative see-through window allows for quick monitoring of the air filter condition during off-road adventures, eliminating the need to disassemble components and ensuring uninterrupted enjoyment of less-traveled paths.
Each Roush Performance Bronco Air Induction System comes with a specially designed pre-filter. This pre-filter is engineered to repel water and block larger debris, maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the filter while allowing optimal airflow. Fitted like a sleeve over your intake, the pre-filter is adorned with the Roush “R” logo, adding a touch of brand distinction. For optimal performance, we recommend regular removal and cleaning of the pre-filter to prevent debris accumulation and extend the life of your filter.

We partnered with AWE for this unique application exhaust that has special routing to clear the our rear winch system.

Intercooler
The Whipple Mega Cooler for the 2021-2022 Ford Bronco offers 58% greater internal core volume, 144% increase in external fin surface and 12% less restrictive than stock intercooler core.
The robust, TIG welded bar and plate intercooler features offset fin on both the cold and hot side, allowing for increased cooling capacity while fitting into the stock packaging. Test show an amazing 32 degree (F) drop in temperature just on the dyno during back-to-back runs, yet even bigger gains are shown during real world applications. The colder air allows increased spark advance and more O2 to the engine, resulting in more consistent power while maintaining safety.
Each Mega Cooler includes a new Adaptive Cruise Control relocation kit and air duct to further increase intercooler performance. A simple, bolt-on installation can be done in the garage and requires no additional modifications.
